Engineering International Students Association (EISA) Annual General Meeting
AGENDA OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Engineering International Students Association will be held from 3:00–4:00 PM AEDT on December 18th, conducted as an online meeting via Zoom.

The meeting will cover the following agenda items:
- Opening and Welcome
- Apologies and Leaves of Absence
- Minutes of the Previous Meeting & Business Arising
- Annual Reports
President Report
Treasurer Report - Constitutional Amendments
Clause 4.1
Current Clause:
The Society shall have an Executive consisting of:
i) A President
ii) 2 Vice Presidents
iii) A Secretary
iv) A Treasurer
v) A Publicity and Outreach Officer
vi) And up to a further 3 General Executive Members
Amend to:
The Society shall have an Executive consisting of:
i) A President
ii) A Vice President
iii) A Secretary
iv) A Treasurer
v) And up to a further 1 General Executive Members.
Clause 5.5
Current Clause:
The Publicity and Outreach Officer shall:
i) Manage the promotion and publicity of the Society’s events and activities.
ii) Maintain the Society’s online presence, including updates on social media and the Society’s website.
iii) Liaise with other clubs, societies, and external organizations to foster collaborative events and initiatives.
iv) Develop and implement outreach strategies to attract new members to the Society.
v) Ensure all promotional materials adhere to the guidelines provided by The University of Sydney Union.
vi) Coordinate the creation and distribution of newsletters, flyers, and other promotional content for the Society.

6. Election of Executives
Positions open for nomination:
– President
– Vice President
– Secretary
-Treasurer
– General Executive Member
Nomination instructions: All nominations must be submitted before the meeting using the designated nomination form. Submissions must be sent from a University of Sydney student email to the Society’s official email address [email protected]
Each nomination must include a proposer and a seconder.
7. General Business
Nomination of Bank Signatories
Following the election of the new Executive team, authorised bank signatories will be updated to reflect the incoming President, Treasurer, and Secretary.
