3.1. Appointment of a Neutral Returning Officer

3.1.1 Nominations will be considered and voted on for the following positions:

● President (taking over from Deepika Dhulipati)

● Secretary (taking over from Ishaan Chandra)

● Treasurer (taking over from Darcy Widdowson)

● Vice-President of Events (taking over from Kanishka Sarkar)

● Vice-President of Startups (taking over from Itish Vinayak)

● Vice-President of External Affairs (taking over from Rishith Sistla)

Nomination is to current President,Deepika Dhulipati at [email protected]. Nominees will provide a 2-minute video submission. This would be presented to all ordinary members in attendance who will vote accordingly.

5. General Business

5.1 Nomination of Bank Signatories (If required)

Following election results, the membership will endorse the President, Treasurer and Secretary to become authorised signatories on the club bank account.
