3.1. Appointment of a Neutral Returning Officer

3.1.1 Nominations will be considered and voted on for the following positions:

● President (taking over from Deepika Dhulipati)

● Secretary (taking over from Ishaan Chandra)

● Treasurer (taking over from Darcy Widdowson)

● Vice President of Startups (taking over from Veer Virk)

● Vice President of External Affairs (taking over from Rishith Sistla)

● Vice President of Events (taking over from Kanishka Sarkar)

Nomination is to current Secretary, Ishaan Chandra at [email protected]. Nominees will provide

a 2-minute video submission. This would be presented to all ordinary members in attendance who will

vote accordingly.

4. General Business

4.1 Nomination of Bank Signatories

Following election results, the membership will endorse the President, Treasurer and Secretary to become

authorised signatories on the club bank account.

4.2 Other General Business, e.g., Correspondence
