Civil Engineers Annual General Meeting

The time has come again for SUCE's 2024 Annual General Meeting!

When: Thursday, 17th October
Time: 6PM – 9PM
Where: Law Building Annex Lecture Theatre 024

The agenda to this AGM will include:
1. OPENING AND WELCOME
2. APOLOGIES AND LEAVES OF ABSENCE
3. MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING & BUSINESS ARISING FROM THE MINUTES
4. ANNUAL REPORTS
i) Presidents Report
ii) Treasurers Report
5. CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENTS – no changes
6. ELECTION OF EXECUTIVES
Appointment of Returning Officer
Nominations will be considered and voted on for the following positions:
– The President
– The Vice President
– The Secretary
– The Treasurer
– The Events Director (Industry)
– The Events Director (Academic)
– The Events Director (Social)
– The Marketing Director (Industry)
– The Marketing Director (Academics)
– The Marketing Director (Social)
– Sponsorship Director
To stand for election, nominations for the position will be taken during the meeting, and nominees must accept nominations. Voting will be conducted via secret ballot and shall be ranked majoritarian. To be eligible to run for a position, nominate someone for a position, or to vote, individuals must be a member of the Society.
