NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the 2025 General Meeting of the CHOPSTICKS society to be held over Zoom on the 17th of March at 8 PM. Nominations for vacant executive positions will be considered by filling out the nomination form before 11:59 PM, with the details outlined below. Nominees are required to give a short speech at the General Meeting.

Please also consider this notice for the election of the positions listed above. Nominations officially open and will close at 11:59 PM sharp. No nominations will be accepted after this time.
All nominations must be sent to [email protected] and include the student’s full name, USU number, SID and positions of interest. Any nominations not submitted with this information will be returned and requested to be resubmitted with the correct information. All nominees are invited to speak or submit a short paragraph to be read on their behalf if they are unavailable to attend the meeting on Zoom. All nominees must consent to their nomination. This can be provided to the Secretary directly or on the floor of the AGM. If a nominee has not agreed to their nomination at the time of the nomination, their nomination will be null and void.
