The Career Accelerator Program (CAP) is PPIA USYD’s flagship educational event, held every semester with themes that reflect the evolving societal landscape.

This semester’s topic, "Breaking the Glass Ceiling: Success and Society," will delve into strategies for shaping our futures, entering competitive markets, and creating meaningful social impact.

In a tight labour market international students aspiring to find a job are the first one to get hit: often overlooked, and bound by strict visa rules–especially relevant to the current geopolitics creating bottlenecks in economic reform. How do we, as Indonesian nationals, thrive in such conditions? We look to break the glass ceiling, and craft our own success stories and drive meaningful social impact.
