Fixes minor spelling/grammatical errors in the aims of the society.

vii) a Queer Officer
viii) Up to 4 General Executives

This amendment expands the ALP Club Executive by replacing the single position of Events and Media Coordinator with the positions of Events Coordinator and Social Media Coordinator. This will spread the workload of organising events and managing a social media presence across two executives rather than one. Given the importance of both managing club events and maintaining a dedicated social media presence, this is crucial for the functioning of the ALP Club.
5.1
5.1 The President shall:
i) With the Vice-President and Events and Media Co-ordinator, plan the Society’s activities in consultation with the Executive.
ii) Liaise with the Executive and any Committees formed by the Society.
iii) Ensure an adequate handover, including any documents and materials, to the following Executive.
iv) With the Vice-President and Events and Media Co-ordinator, manage the Society’s social media presence.
5.1 The President shall:
i) With the Vice-President and Events Coordinator, plan the Society’s activities in consultation with the Executive.

This amends the language in clause 5.1 to reflect the newly established positions of Events Coordinator and Media Coordinator.

i) With the President and Events and Media Co-ordinator, manage the Society’s social media presence.
ii) Deputise for the President in other matters as the Vice President deems appropriate.

ii) Deputise for the President in other matters as the Vice President deems appropriate.
This amends the language in clause 5.2 to reflect the newly established position of Media Coordinator.

5.5 The Events and Media Co-ordinator shall:
i) With the President and Vice-President, plan the society’s activities in consultation with the executive.
ii) With the President and Vice-President, manage the Society’s social media presence
5.5 The Events Coordinator shall:
i) With the President and Vice-President, plan the society’s activities in consultation with the executive.
This amends the language in clause 5.5 to reflect the newly established position of Events Coordinator.
5.6
5.6 The Women’s Officer shall:
i) Facilitate and promote the engagement of female-identifying students within the Society.
ii) Engaging and representing female-identifying students within the Society.
5.6 The Media Coordinator shall:
i) With the President and Vice-President, manage the Society’s social media presence
This amends the language in clause 5.6 to reflect the newly established position of Media Coordinator.
5.7
5.7 The Queer Officer shall:
i) Facilitate and promote the engagement of LGBTQIA+ identifying students within the society.
ii) Engaging and representing LGBTQIA+ identifying students within the Society.
5.7 The Women’s Officer shall:
i) Facilitate and promote the engagement of female-identifying students within the Society.
ii) Engage and represent female-identifying students within the Society.
5.6 is moved to clause 5.7 due to the newly inserted clause 5.6. A grammatical error in ii) is corrected.
5.8
5.8 The General Executive(s) shall:
i) Assist the President, Vice-President, and Events and Media Co-ordinator with planning events.
ii) Assist the Secretary and Treasurer with performing the Society’s administrative functions as needed.
iii) Help promote the Society to the Usyd student community.
5.8 The Queer Officer shall:
i) Facilitate and promote the engagement of LGBTQIA+ identifying students within the society.
ii) Engage and represent LGBTQIA+ identifying students within the Society.
5.7 is moved to clause 5.8 due to the newly inserted clause 5.6. A grammatical error in ii) is corrected.
5.9

5.9 The General Executive(s) shall:
