SUCES will be holding our

Annual General Meeting

to vote in a whole new Exec team!!

It’s happening 5:30pm on Monday 9th of October (Week 10) in the Flexible Teaching Space in the Chemical Engineering Building. If you’re keen to get involved with the SUCES fam, come along and run for a position!

3. MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING & BUSINESS ARISING FROM THE MINUTES

5. ELECTION OF EXECUTIVES
Appointment of Returning Officer
Nominations will be considered and voted on for the following positions:
• President,
• Vice-President,
• Secretary,
• Treasurer,
• Industry Liaison
• Executive Assistant

• Marketing Assistant
• Two-Second year Representatives

Nominations will be considered and voted on for the Executive and Committee positions by a majority vote of ordinary members. This will be first past the post, meaning the candidate with the most votes wins. Votes will be counted through a method determined by the Returning Officer. Once the votes have been cast and counted, the Returning Officer will declare a winner.
