The club is targeted toward software engineers as a academic and social society. The club with provide a great opportunity for students to build relationships with their peers and enrich the social life at the university and specifically within the software engineering cohort. The club will also host academic events with industry professionals allowing students to build on their professional skills, learn more about the industry, connect with industry professionals and overall set students up with a vast knowledge and network so they can excel in their professional career. It will promote the university in a positive light and attract more attention to the importance of technology and the skills of software engineers.
