The Project Management Society (PMSoc) at the University of Sydney is where ambition meets opportunity. We connect students with industry leaders, offer hands-on professional development, and build a supportive community of like-minded peers. Whether you’re here to network, gain industry insights, or make friends who share your drive, PMSoc is your launchpad into the world of project management.

We have a diverse range of activities and events conducted every semester including social, professional and academic. One of our hallmark major events we carry out every semester is our PMSoc Industry Networking Night which features interesting panel discussions about Project Management, the rising industry, career pathways and industry insights from highly distinguished guests. This evening offers professional networking and gives students the opportunity to step into the professional world of project management. Other major professional events we have include Case Competitions which allow students to utilise and apply their project management skills in a realistic scenario and win prizes, as well as PM Exchange, which is another professional networking event to allow students to connect with industry representatives. Events held in conjunction with various industry organisations serve as a great avenue for our members to network with industry.

We have weekly events, the friendliest team and cater to our community by making majority of our events FREE to provide students with a fruitful uni-life experience.
