Sydney University Piano Society

PianoSoc has a rich history of hosting concerts, for music that’s classical, pop, jazz, romantic, contemporary, or anything else!

We host regular PianoSoc Lounge sessions on Mondays and Thursdays, where you can meet fellow musicians and piano enthusiasts, have a go at playing the PianoSoc's grand piano, or just chill and take in the music.

Our concerts are a highlight of our calendar. We have formal concerts once per semester at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music - audition to have your chance at playing on one of their beautiful grand pianos in a real recital hall, or come along to enjoy some fantastic performances with fellow music-lovers. We also have social (relaxed) concerts twice a year, so we cater to every skill level – PianoSoc is a mix of learned professionals and enthusiastic beginners, with everything in between. PianoSoc is a really friendly society, and we would love for you to join us! IT’S FREE!!
