Mindfulness and Meditation Club

Weekly meetings that centre around group meditation sessions. It will include a range of meditation types such as loving-kindness meditation, mantra meditation and breathwork. The club will focus on the psychological and emotional benefits of mindfulness and meditation in students.

It will begin with a short talk (15 minutes) about mindfulness. Followed by a 30-45 minute group meditation. The mindfulness discussion will include both Eastern and Western perspectives and practices. This club will discuss relevant spiritual topics but maintain itself as a non-religious club.

We will also host events surrounding meditative activities such as group walks and sound bath sessions.
