The Sydney University Law Society (SULS) is the primary association for students studying law at Sydney University. As the largest and most active society at Sydney University, SULS aims to enrich the law student experience. SULS provides the law school community with a variety of social events, educational support, mooting and skills competitions, careers events, sporting functions, and initiatives that inspire students to use the law as an instrument for social change.
If you are a Law student completing your LLB, JD, LLM or other postgraduate coursework, SULS is the perfect opportunity to keep connected to learn more about academics, careers, social justice, competitions, social events and many more things! As the largest faculty student society on campus, SULS has something to offer every law student!
Due to COVID-19 we have had to cut some in-person social events. However, keep an eye out on our website and download a copy of our events calendar for information on the Semester 2 informal, online trivia, interfaculty workouts, multiple competitions and panel discussions!
Every online event will present an opportunity for a meet-up! There are several mentoring and coffee catch-up events organised by our diverse portfolios that will give you all the fun and practical skills to succeed in your legal career. There are also opportunities of community support and engagement in many portfolios including Social Justice and Sport!
