Jamming Society

Sydney University Jamming Society (UniJam) is a society for students with interest or talent in music. We hold regular jam sessions where members are introduced to one another and have impromptu performances together. We also organise other events and performances for you to showcase your talents and help you develop your own musical career. There is no audition or fee to join, so whether you are a complete beginner with no experience but a love for music, or an experienced player come to our Jam Sessions to meet new friends and enjoy playing music together.

With weekly jams, it’s a great opportunity to get to know and learn from other musicians, make some friends and simply have a good time.

Our Friday Jams are a great way to end the week. We also hold/attend other special events – outdoor jams, open mics, kbbq, karaoke nights.

We host jam sessions at least once weekly. Online, we have regular hangouts and share our at-home jams on our discord server.
