Amnesty International Society

Amnesty International University of Sydney is a part of a global movement of over 10 million people campaigning to end human rights abuses and promote a world where everyone can enjoy the rights enshrined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

On campus, the University of Sydney Amnesty International Society holds regular forums and letter-writing sessions where students can hear talks, discuss, petition and brainstorm on a range of important humanitarian issues.

We welcome all students who want to meet like-minded people and have a good time while promoting human rights!

USU acknowledges the Gadigal people of the Eora Nation, upon whose stolen land which we operate, gather as employees and live.
