Where do I submit my documents?

To submit your registration documents, please follow these steps: 

1. Go to Registration on the club portal menu on Clubsuite. Select Create New.

2. You will need to put in the Start and To date to create a new rego page. The date has to start from the next day your 2022 registration expires and should end before your AGM month next year. 

eg, if your AGM month is March, your registration period starts from 1st April this year to 31st March the following year. 

3. Once the page has been created, it will be used until your registration expires next year - all documents will be uploaded here! 

4. Select Financial Review/AGM/GM type & Add New.

If this process does not work, feel free to email through any documents to the C&S Office and we can upload them for you. Documents must be sent in within 14 days of holding a meeting.
