You can claim up to $100 of expenses related to Welcome Fest.


You may use it on activities, events, and for maintenance of your stall during Welcome Fest. Expenditure should relate directly to the maintenance of your stall, and so items not involved in WF such as Merchandise will not be covered. You may purchase a club banner (so long as the design is approved).
