Welcome Fest Reimbursement

How much is the reimbursement?

Clubs can apply for up to $100 in reimbursements for Welcome Fest expenses. You must provide a tax invoice receipt to qualify for a reimbursement. You must have either a stall or a registered event during Welcome Fest to apply for a reimbursement.



When do I apply?

Applications for reimbursements open after Welcome Fest. They will be accessible over ClubSuite and through our newsletter.
