USU Club Executive Portal

The USU Club Exec Portal is found within the USU Website, it contains all the tools needed to manage your club. Executives will gain access to Manage their club through the Club Exec Portal once their election and registration have been processed by the Clubs Team.

The USU Club Exec Portal can be used to:

• See current club notices relevant to you.
• Submit pre-events.
• Submit all meeting notices and relevant documentation (IGMs, AGMs, GMs, OMs).
• Book USU rooms.
• Apply for grants.
• Submit acquittals.
• Edit your clubs front-facing website page.
• Capture membership fees.
• Send Email communication to Members.
• View your current membership list.
• View and download all USU policies, templates, fact sheets and handbooks.
