Unable to login to the USU app

If the details you are entering match those associated with your USU, and you are still having trouble logging in, then please contact our team for further assistance. We will ensure your details are consistent across our internal databases to enable you to login successfully. 


If you are able to login to the website portal but unable to access your app - the website login relies on the last 9 digits of your mobile number, however the app platform need it in the exact format you signed up with. If you are able to access the website, you can find the exact number format in 'My USU' - 'Settings'.


Please also ensure that you are attempting to login on the new USU app - this should say version 6.10.1 in the bottom left corner of the app screen.
