Stall Etiquette

It is essential that executives and members stay within the parameters of your allocated stall.


- Remain respectful to other clubs in the program, including not displaying A-frames or banners that block the view or access of another club's stall and no amplified music from your stall.

- Respect other stallholders and their property. Welcome Fest is under security and CCTV surveillance.

- No alcohol is permitted.

- No selling or using of stickers and balloons.

- No animals are permitted.

- You must follow the ethical, environmental and other regulations of the USU.


Failure to comply with one or more of the above conditions may result in immediate expulsion of your club stall, may face the payment of a corporate stall holder fee of up to $5000 and/or a fine deducted. Your club or society may also face restrictions on your registration within the Clubs Program.
