Quorum - What is it?
Quorum is the minimum attendance at a meeting. Quorum must be met within 15 minutes of the meeting's planned start time or the meeting must be dissolved. Quorum for an AGM is the lesser of either 15 members or one third of the club's membership. Executive members count towards quorum. Quorums for OMs are 5 members, unless your society has over 70 members, in which case it becomes 10.
