Club merchandise designs must be submitted to [email protected] for approval before moving forward with a purchase.

The USU Clubs Merchandise Info Sheet contains more information and guidance on what to expect when researching and ordering Merchandise.

All club merchandise must adhere to the USU Club brand guidelines. Confirming whether to spend club finances on ordering custom merchandise should be voted on at a formal meeting of the club (usually an Ordinary Meeting) after receiving quotes, but before moving forward with a purchase.

Please note that if the Clubs Team does not approve your design, you may not be able to claim it back on your acquittal.
