Inaugural General Meeting (IGM)

Congratulations on getting your Club started!

The IGM requires 15 attendees to meet quorum, and 14 days' notice given on the USU Website.

The full Agenda must be included with the Meeting Notice.

At the IGM, attendees must:

- Adopt the approved club Constitution.

- Affiliate with the USU.

- Vote in the Executive Team.

- Nominate Bank Signatories.

Following he IGM, the elected executive team must submit the following Registration documents: 

- Minutes of the IGM 

- Adopted Constitution

Once these documents are approved, the new club will be deemed registered and will gain access to program resources and funding.
