I'm not a USYD student. Can I get free membership?

Unfortunately, if you're not currently enrolled as a USYD student then you're not eligible for free membership at this time. However, if you're a member of our wider community (such as a USYD staff member or student at another university) you can still join the USU by paying a fee. The fee for 2023 is $45 for 1 year, or $25 for Semester 2 only (available from July). All paid memberships/community accounts currently also include the benefits of USU Rewards.
