Cannot purchase Rewards
If you are experiencing issues purchasing rewards as the shopping cart is showing an error message "You can only purchase one Annual Rewards per member", please complete the following steps
1) purchase in Incognito/Private browsing mode.
2) use a different device
3) delete all the cookies for usu.edu.au domain in the browser
Students wanting to upgrade to Rewards can do so either online or with any of our USU outlets.
