Can I borrow a table for my event?

We have 2 small trestle tables and 1 large trestle table available to borrow.

How can I borrow a table?

To borrow a table, please ensure the following:

1. Registration: Your Club or Society must be registered.
2. Approved Event: You must have an approved event registered with us.
3. Return Policy: Tables need to be returned by 4pm on the same day.

What do I need to provide to borrow a table?

You will need to leave your Student ID (SID) with us as a deposit. This will be returned to you when you return the table.

Please note that we can only accept an identification document as collateral. Without this, we won’t be able to process your
