Camps, Cruises, and Overnight Events

These events are considered high risk and so your club is automatically required to submit a risk assessment form. These must be submitted within 14 days prior to the event for the Clubs team to carefully and properly assess the event details. 

You may be asked for booking confirmations or for your executive team to complete additional training for any of the above event types. Your event will not be approved unless you provide proof of these items if they are requested.
