Booking University Spaces
Most spaces on campus not managed by the USU are managed by the University of Sydney. Kinds of spaces bookable through the University are lecture halls, study rooms, and the BBQs on the Cadigal Green or Eastern Avenue.
The department that manages University bookings is called University Venues (or Uni Venues) and the online portal to make bookings is called Resource Booker.
In order to book these spaces, Resource Booker requires at least 5 business days notice. University Venues may sometimes take up to two weeks to respond to a booking, and so it is a good idea to make bookings well in advance.
Under some conditions, bookings for registered societies are free (aside from a cleaning fee).
