WASABI - Japanese Cultural Society


Want to be a part of one of the largest societies on campus? WASABI Japanese Cultural Society provides you with the chance to mingle with native Japanese speakers and other like-minded Japan lovers. You don’t have to be or know Japanese to join and with at least one event a week (majority of which is free for members), you will never be bored!

Thinking Food? Yakisoba…Gyoza…Parfaits! Thinking Social? Undoukai…Parties…Camps! Thinking big events? JAC (Japanese Associations Combined) with the Japanese Societies in UNSW, UTS and Macquarie University. There are also conversation workshops if you want to get in the groove and practice some Japanese lingo. Or English for those International/Exchange students out there!

We welcome you all and strive to provide that awesome University experience you have all been waiting for. So definitely come and check us out!
