EVENT SUBMISSION

Submit your USU Club or Society meeting notices or advertise club events so they appear on the USU event calendar. 
Your meeting must be held during Semester Weeks 1-13, between 9am to 9pm.
You must give 14 days notice for an AGM, or for a GM where an election is being held.


IMPORTANT: Before submitting a Meeting Notice for an IGM, AGM or GM, read and use the information available here.

EVENT DETAILS

Describe your event in 20 words or less using the most important information. This will appear on the homepage calendar.
Include your Event Overview plus additional information important to your quests such as an agenda or meeting instructions.

NOTE:
Events submitted via this form are moderated by website admin before being published. Please allow up to THREE WORKING DAYS for an event to appear online. It is recommended you submit in ample time before the event date (especially in order to comply with the C&S Regulations for AGMs and General Meetings). For your Club's best chance to appear in the 'What's On' section, submit your event as early as possible. For space and fairness. there are no guarantee all events will be published in the magazine. Please do not contact the editors directly if you would like an event to appear in the 'What's On'.
