100g sliced chicken
1/2 tsp crushed garlic
1/4 tsp crushed ginger
1/4 tsp seasame oil
1/2 Shao Xing cooking wine
1tsp light soy sauce 
1 pinch of pepper
1/4 tsp stock powder
60g carrot, sliced 5mm thickness
60g green beans, cut in half
60g zucchini, sliced 5mm thickness
60g onion, 2.5cm diced
60g capsicum, 2.5cm diced
2tbsp oyster sauce
1tbsp sweet soy sauce
1tbsp water


1. Marinate the chicken with ginger, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, Shao Xing cooking wine, pepper and stock powder.
2. Cook green beans and carrot in boiling water until almost cooked, drain and set aside.
3. Heat oil in fry pan, stir fry onion, capsicum and zucchini until almost cooked. Set aside with other vegetables.
4. Mix oyster sauce, sweet soy and water.
5. Heat oil in fry pan then add chicken. Cook until chicken is done. 
6. Add sauce mixture to fry pan.
7. Add vegetable to fry pan.
8. Add rice or noodles.
